Sweet Morgan

There is something so special about a newborn baby. Little Morgan was six pounds of wonderful. Her aunt approached me about giving Morgan a newborn session as a gift, and it was nice to finally meet the little lady. Morgan was a doll and such a pleasure to photograph. Enjoy!

It's so nice to have clients return, and I get the chance to see their little ones grow. Kristen and James have been bringing their family to me since Emma was a wee baby, and then Ryker joined the family. You can check out their sessions here. Now baby Jaxon is the newest addition. Kristen was supposed to have maternity photos in September, because Jaxon was not due until October, but he had other plans. Little Jaxon arrived very early, surprising everyone! He is such a strong little boy who is growing and thriving everyday. They are such a fun loving family and it shows in their images. Congratulations on another adorable little baby to love.

Erin & Myles

Another adorable duo from my 'Mommy & Me' sessions. Myles is so clearly the center of his mom's universe. He is just the cutest little thing and we had a lot of fun 'playing in the park' together.

Graduating in Style

I love it when clients have an original idea for a photo session. Emalee approached me about doing her senior session and mixing her love of hockey with her stunning prom dress. It was arranged that we would be able to slip onto the ice in between tournament games to shoot several photos. So, prom dress on, goalie stick in hand and stiletto heels strapped on - Emalee hit the ice. We had a lot of fun mixing her girlie side with her competitive hockey edge (Emalee is a very talented goalie). After we were nice and chilled from the ice, we headed downtown to have some fun with an amazing graffiti wall and also to take advantage of the beautiful limestone that we have here in Kingston. Thanks for letting me be a part of such an original shoot Emalee. I know that your parents are so very proud of you and I can't wait to hear of all the exciting adventures and successes that you will have, while studying at Brock University this fall. Congratulations, you definitely rocked the dress!!

Mommy & Me - Kerri-Anne and Abigail

I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful morning for my Mommy & Me sessions. I had so much fun with my first pair. These girls were so much fun and up for anything! I especially loved Miss Abigail's shoes that "light up in the sun" (they were very sparkly). I hope that you enjoy your preview!

Happy Birthday Grant!

I know that everyone says this, but time really does feel like it is zipping by! I can't believe that Grant is having his 7th birthday, seven, really? His dad and I are so proud of the little man that he is becoming. There are a lot of reasons why we love Grant, but here are the top 10:

#10 He works hard to improve his basketball, soccer, and golf skills.
# 9 He loves to read (he is pretty darn good at it), and he will even read to us.
# 8 His artwork brightens the walls of our home.
# 7 He is an amazing piano player (Carnegie Hall look out)!
# 6 He works very hard at school each day to always do his best.
# 5 He is a kind and loyal friend.
# 4 He is responsible and he can be counted on.
# 3 He is trustworthy and can keep a secret.
# 2 He gives the best hugs, cuddles, and back rubs.
# 1 Grant loves his family, especially his little brothers. He shows his love and
takes care of us everyday.
